The Desmond Tutu HIV Foundation/Centre is a registered non-profit organisation, affiliated to the University of Cape Town. We are focused on the pursuit of excellence in research, treatment, training and prevention of HIV and related infections in Southern Africa.

Medical Officers:
MBChb Degree and registered with HPCSA, 2-3 years’ experience in clinical environment. Clinical Trial experience will be advantageous.

Study Coordinators:
Matric with tertiary degree/diploma in health related field with 2-5 years’ experience in similar environment. Knowledge of GCP guidelines and clinical trial sites processes. Project management experience will be advantageous.

Laboratory Technologist:
National Diploma/Degree in Medical Technology; HPSCA registered with 2-3 years’ experience in similar environment.

Pharmacist:
A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, registered with South African Pharmacy Council with 2-3 years’ experience in similar role. Clinical trials experience will be advantageous.
