Material seized in a legal wrangle over the alleged leaking of ‘confidential’ information belonging to hospital group Melomed is to be handed to an independent forensic auditor. According to a [s]Cape Times[/s] report, Judge Andre le Grange has handed down a court order that, among other things, confirmed an earlier order relating to the seizure of the information. The order also extended an interim interdict preventing the medical centre from using or disseminating the information. The judge also ordered that the Sheriff of the court hand over all the material to auditing firm [b]KPMG[/b], which would act as an independent forensic auditor, to extract the necessary information.
