Task team to address SANDF complaints

A Ministerial task team has been given six weeks to come up with recommendations to ensure the [b]SA Military Health Service’s[/b] (SAMHS) three hospitals can function at optimum levels. [s]Defenceweb[/s] reports that the establishment of the task team follows complaints from military health practitioners at SAMHS hospitals. SA Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula met with representatives of the [b]SA Medical Association[/b] and the Department of Defence last year to find ‘effective ways’ to address concerns raised.
