Video of Australian chiropractor's 'very disturbing' treatment of 2-week-old baby

An Australian chiropractor has sparked criticism after a video of him performing controversial spinal treatments on a two-week-old baby was posted online, reports 2gb.

The footage shows Dr Andrew Arnold lifting the baby upside down and manipulating the baby’s back, hips and collarbone.

He also uses a spring-loaded device on the child’s neck and spine.

Victorian Health Minister Jenny Mikakos is quoted in the report as saying that she’s “extremely disturbed” by the video from the “rogue practitioner”.

Mikakos has written to the Chiropractic Board of Australia and the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, demanding they “take the necessary action”.
