Parolee nabbed for faeces attack on clinic worker

The irate patient accused of emptying a bucket of faeces over an employee at Thabong Clinic in the Free State has been arrested for violating his parole conditions, and is back behind bars, according to the provincial Health Department.

Department spokesperson Mondli Mvambi said the man had not been attended to as speedily as he had hoped when he had arrived at the clinic, and had returned the next day with a bucket of faeces, which he poured over the healthcare worker.

He had also posted footage of the incident on Facebook, reports TimesLIVE.

A protection order was applied for and granted against the offender, who will appear in court this week for breaching his parole conditions.
