In the first study of its kind to resolve whether rising carbon dioxide concentrations are a threat to human nutrition, researchers from the [b]Harvard School of Public Health[/b] have discovered that if levels reach those expected by 2050, crops yielding a large portion of the global population's dietary zinc and iron will have reduced concentrations of those nutrients.
