Walking and Parkinson’s

Regular, moderate exercise, such as walking briskly, can help to improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease, the chronic motor system disorder. Currently, there is no cure for Parkinson's disease, though medication and treatment can relieve the disease's symptoms. But a new study may have found another method of symptom relief to add to the list. Authors admit, however, that further studies will be required in order to confirm these results.
