A woman from Alabama, who was born with two uteruses and became pregnant in both, gave birth to twin girls on different days – the first born on a Tuesday and the second on the Wednesday morning.
News24 reports that when she was 17, Kelsey Hatcher, now 32, found out she has uterus didelphys, a rare congenital condition thought to affect about 0.3% of women.
The healthy mother and daughters have all been discharged from the hospital.
